Divakar Tantravahi is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and founding visionary who has been instrumental in guiding Innominds’ transformation into an AI-first, platform-led Digital Transformation and Product Engineering leader. Since joining the company in 2003, Divakar has championed the mission to "Engineer the Digital Future," focusing on how expertise across Devices, Apps, and Analytics—powered by AI, Cloud, and IoT—translates into tangible business growth for global enterprises.

Under his stewardship, Innominds has earned a reputation for its results-driven engineering: a testament to this is that nearly half of the enterprise products the company helped develop have gone on to become leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant in their respective segments. His leadership focuses on building a "Converged Digital Future" where technology solutions create seamless, intelligent outcomes. His prior career spans over 25 years in the IT industry, including his tenure as Managing Director for Everypath and senior technology roles at Informix and PSI Data Systems. Beyond business, he was recognized by Great Place to Work® India as one of India's Best Leaders in Times of Crisis (2021).

Divakar holds a Master of Science in Computer Sciences from Santa Clara University and has completed advanced management programs from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
