Dr. Ratnakar Palakodeti is the President leading Innominds’ focused vertical in Healthcare, MedTech, and Life Sciences. He is responsible for defining and executing strategic solutions that leverage digital engineering, AI/ML, and IoT to solve critical challenges in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development, and patient care systems, driving innovative transformation in the continuum of care.

Dr. Ratnakar is also the Co-founder and Director of SCIINV Biosciences, a biotech startup focused on developing novel diagnostics and therapeutics for bacterial infections and combating Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR). His extensive career includes strategic leadership roles at Tech Mahindra as Global Practice Head for Life Sciences and Director of Strategy for Global Generics at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences focused on the pharmaceutical industry.
