An influential and empathetic HR leader with over two decades of experience, Lakshmi is central to empowering Innominds’ global team of innovators and upholding an employee-centric, high-trust workplace. She has been honored with multiple industry accolades, including the prestigious ‘CHRO of the Year’ Award (2019) and the ‘Women Business Leader of the Year’ Award (2019).

Lakshmi is a prominent voice in leadership and organizational psychology. Her people-first vision focuses on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and global inclusion & diversity, ensuring Innominds is consistently recognized for its exceptional workplace environment. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Osmania University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology from XLRI Jamshedpur.
